Catherine Valdes self-named "Catrific" has destroyed evidence in a futile attempt to avoid criminal indictment for her role as a hacker and conspirator in the ongoing computer hacking and gross invasion of this blogger's privacy. However, I was able to retrieve from Google cache.

Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" began her scheme of fraud and deceit as a student in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. Her father, Mandy Valdes, aka Daddyrific owns a Chick-Fil-A franchise in Atlanta, Georgia where she was raised. Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" is currently a student in Redding,California.

Why would Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" participate into the hacking campaign against a blogger she never knew or met?

That answer is easy. Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" Sold Her Soul to Dailybooth. This is a screen cache from Google as of January 27, 2010.

However, if you check her Dailybooth.com/catrific page you'll notice Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" changed her confession and admission that she would do anything requested by Dailybooth.com founder Jon Wheatley.

As of March 5, 2010 her Dailybooth.com page was changed to read, "Hi." A bit blase for an attention whore like Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific." Of course, we recovered the altered page from Google cache. There is no eraser on the internet.

Why did Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" suddenly change her Dailybooth page? Because Jon Wheatley hacked my computer again and found the screenshot of Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific's" incriminating statement in my documents file. Jon Wheatley advised Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" to spoil, destroy and alter evidence in a pending criminal case.

Ryan "Dice" Kusaba bragged on Twitter about the harm he could cause on my computer. No shit sherlock. On November 20, 2008, my computer was hacked by Ryan "Dice" Kusaba during his working hours as a Web Developer at Sony Imageworks Interactive.The hacking went on all day long. Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific's" role in the genesis of the Dailybooth.com hacking scheme was part of the Denial of Service attack that went on all day long.

Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" created an insidious blog called "I Gave Int as in Catrific gave in and aided and abetted the commission of several felonies to hack this blogger's computer. Catrific started her poor excuse for a blog on November 18, 2008 so she could stalk me online as a "blog follower." She only wrote three posts- November 18, 20 and 25.

Why did Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific" stop "blogging" on November 25, 2008? Because November 25, 2008, that was the day that Ryan "Dice" Kusaba's fellow Sony Imageworks Interactive hacker, Chad Scira was identified and contacted by a Detective regarding the hacking.

Catherine Valdes aka "Catrific": You better call "Daddyrific. You need a lawyer. You are being sued as a party who willfully aided and abetted Ryan "Dice" Kusaba and Jon Wheatley's commission of felony crimes including but not limited to Violation of the Computer Abuse Act.

We got hacked by Jon Wheatley and his Dailybooth.com hacking crew against last night in retaliation for service of a restraining order against notorious computer hacker Ryan Dice Kusaba who is employed at Sony Imageworks Interactive as a Web Developer in Culver City, California. Kusaba was hired by Psycho Sedgwick Detert attorney Joseph R. McFaul to illegally break into my computer.

Of course, Computer Hacker Jon Wheatley's latest hacking constitutes ANOTHER violation of the protective order the court signed against his fellow hacker Ryan Daisuke "Dice" Kusaba.

As reported earlier today, Sedgwick Detert hacker and Dailybooth.com Front End Coder Ryan Dice Kusaba hacked into Google's search engine and corrupted Google's database preventing public viewing of our Sedgwick Detert posts on Zen Cupcake.com. We contacted Google to let them know about Sedgwick Detert and Ryan Kusaba's malicious conduct. We'll documenting every intrusion, hacking, threat and act of harassment for a State Bar complaint against General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon and his Psycho Attorney Joseph R. McFaul. Ryan Dice Kusaba is facing jail time for repeated violations of my Order of Protection.

I just don't get it. Why doesn't General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon take definitive action to control the unethical and criminal conduct of his attorneys and agents and representatives? I just don't understand Mr. McGeehon's arrogance. How does he think this is all going to end?

In fact, a man was sentenced to 110 years for hacking and extortion. Dice tried to blackmail me with personal information he stole from my computer. I told him to go back to hell where he belongs.

Dice, you better start thinking of your future. Quit hacking and harassing me before you spend most of your adulthood in prison. I happen to be a very nice person. Anybody else would have taken a bat to you by now. I know where you live and where you work. Think about it. Anybody else would have smashed your fingers with a hammer by this point in time to keep you off a keyboard.

Confess under oath to the fact that Sedgwick Detert attorney Joseph R. McFaul hired you to hack into my computer, make financial restitution to me and agree to testify against McFaul in criminal court and before the State Bar Ethics Committee. The court will look favorably upon you for admitting your guilt. You'll get a lenient sentence with probation to monitor your internet addiction and control your impulse to hack and harass me.

Sedgwick Detert will never finance your defense in a criminal case. They would have to admit hiring a computer hacker to invade an adversary's computer during pending litigation. Think about it. Is McFaul going to fund your criminal defense?
